1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and crikiex ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the crikiex website at crikiex.net and all services made available through it, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and account management functions.

By registering an account on crikiex, depositing funds, logging into your account, or otherwise making use of any feature of the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and understand their contents.
• You are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to you.
• You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms unconditionally.
• You agree to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the crikiex platform. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of crikiex following a posted amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the crikiex platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active crikiex account. This is an absolute requirement. crikiex does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances, and we operate a zero-tolerance policy in this regard. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account belongs to a person under 18, we will immediately suspend that account pending age verification. If verification confirms the account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed. Any real-money funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method. Bonus balances will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The crikiex platform is designed and operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of crikiex complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. crikiex makes no representations that its services are lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside those it explicitly serves. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is undertaken entirely at the player's own risk and may result in account restriction.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a competent court may not register or maintain a crikiex account.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status

Individuals who have previously applied for self-exclusion on crikiex or who are subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform are not eligible to register a new account. If you are self-excluded and attempt to register, you must notify us immediately. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion order is a serious breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of crikiex services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and up to date. You must notify crikiex promptly if any of your registered details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active account on crikiex. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. crikiex reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any bonus balances associated with them. If you believe a duplicate account has been created using your details without your knowledge, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party or permit any other person to access your account. crikiex will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use arose from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

crikiex is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawals above the standard threshold. You will be asked to submit a clear copy of a valid Bangladesh National ID card (NID) and a recent selfie photograph. Additional documents may be requested in certain circumstances, including proof of address or payment method verification. KYC verification is a one-time process for most players and is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Accounts that remain unverified after repeated requests may be restricted or closed.

3.5 Account Currency

All crikiex accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Taka. No foreign currency conversion is applied by crikiex on standard transactions processed via supported local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

crikiex currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The platform reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on crikiex is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be returned to the originating wallet, subject to the processing policies of the relevant payment provider. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the deposit interface.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your crikiex account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. crikiex does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. Delays caused by the payment provider's systems are outside crikiex's control. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, contact our support team with the transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the same business day for requests received before 6:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Requests received after this cut-off will be processed on the next business day. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with our support team. crikiex reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or policy breach is suspected.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals cannot be processed until outstanding wagering requirements on any active bonus balance have been satisfied in full. Players may not withdraw funds that are currently being used to meet bonus wagering conditions. A withdrawal will automatically forfeit any active bonus balance if initiated before wagering requirements are complete.

4.6 Responsible Use of Funds

crikiex does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made via a payment method belonging to another person will be returned and the relevant account investigated. crikiex is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, crikiex offers bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players across Bangladesh. All promotions are subject to individual offer terms, which will be communicated clearly at the point of claiming. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific offer terms will take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by crikiex are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be staked before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered to a total of ৳20,000 before any portion of the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be stated on each individual promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

crikiex reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused promotional offers, created multiple accounts, or breached these Terms in any way may be excluded from future promotions without prior notice. Bonuses may be subject to geographic restrictions and may not be available to all players.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or any other form of abuse will result in the voiding of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. crikiex's determination in matters of bonus abuse is final.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions

crikiex runs promotions aligned with the Bangladesh calendar, including offers during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and during major cricket tournaments including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup. All seasonal promotions are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms communicated with each offer.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 General Obligations

As a registered player on crikiex, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm the interests of other players, crikiex, or any third party. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised each action.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crikiex platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account for any individual person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing members of the crikiex support team or other players via any communication channel.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or facilitating third-party use of your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the crikiex platform, its games, or its software.

6.3 Reporting Obligations

If you become aware of any technical error, software malfunction, or conduct by another player that you believe violates these Terms, you are encouraged to report it to our support team promptly. Responsible disclosure of genuine platform issues will be handled confidentially and with appreciation.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your crikiex account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests that meet our standard requirements will be processed in the normal course. Real-money balances remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the crikiex platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via our support team. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be deactivated, you will not receive any marketing communications from crikiex, and any attempt to re-register a new account will be identified and closed. 7.3 Suspension or Closure by crikiex

crikiex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for criminal purposes.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account was registered by a self-excluded player.
• Chargebacks raised against crikiex by the account holder's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or multi-accounting.

Where an account is closed by crikiex due to a proven Terms breach, crikiex reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including real-money deposits, pending investigation. In cases where no breach is ultimately confirmed, funds will be returned promptly.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. crikiex will notify you by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. The fee will not reduce your real-money balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support and completing any verification steps required.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

crikiex makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance, technical outages, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet service provider outages or force majeure events.

8.2 Game Results

All casino game outcomes on crikiex are determined by certified random number generation systems or by real-time live dealer action. crikiex does not manipulate game results. Losses incurred through normal gameplay are not refundable. In the event of a proven technical malfunction that materially affected a game outcome, crikiex will investigate and, where appropriate, void the affected round and return stakes. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable error will not be honoured.

8.3 Sports Betting

Bets placed on sports events including cricket, football, kabaddi, and others are settled in accordance with the published rules for each market. crikiex reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the integrity of the event is in question. Odds are subject to change prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crikiex's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. crikiex shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.

8.5 Governing Principles

These Terms are governed by the general principles of contract and commercial law applicable to the operation of online entertainment platforms. Any dispute arising from your use of crikiex that cannot be resolved through our standard support channels should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. crikiex will respond to formal written disputes within 10 business days of receipt.
